  • Configured by NET2GRID in sync with Customer.

labelpartner:

  • Entities or partners of the Customer with a unique configuration (i.e., time-zone, currency, integration-specifics etc.).
  • Configured by NET2GRID in sync with Customer.

Account Model (End-user):

  • The Account Model focusing on end-user basis, consists of 3 levels of information per end-user:
    • Account
    • Installation(s)
    • Meter(s)
  • Provisioned/configured by the Customer via the AM-API.
