Definitions

Service type is an important field on installation level provisioning that specifies the nature of the EnergyAI services (availability of specific functionalities & features). If not set, labelpartner configuration & the default service type will be used.

The service type always contains information for the below:

Data retrieval interval
Data resolution
Presence of NILM (disaggregation) services
Presence of HW

Service type	Data retrieval interval	Near-Real-Time (RT)	• Data will be ingested soon after they are measured
	Data retrieval interval	Batch Reporting (BR)	• Data retrieval in batches • via files or API calls
	Data resolution	High Resolution (HR)	Describes the type of services that can be provided. For HR services minimum requirements are: • IDD in 1-10 seconds granularity • CSD/CSR in 15-minutes granularity
	Data resolution	Low Resolution (LR)	Describes the type of services that can be provided. For LR services minimum requirements are: • CSD/CSR in 15-60 minutes granularity • IDD is not reported
	NILM presence	NILM	• The presence of NILM (disaggregation) services
	Hardware presence	HW	• Presence of a bidirectional connection with the NET2GRID firmware running on any IoT or other metering device
	Hardware presence	noHW	• Absence of a bidirectional connection with the NET2GRID firmware running on any IoT or other metering device
